Was in and talked to Shawn Collins about getting a bike to join my son on the trails. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had at the time. Walked away with a good idea of what I could get and a recommendation on what I could handle. Unfortunately, the Honda 250L he recommended was sold before I could get back. Him and the guys set me up with a 450L instead. I'm actually glad for the upgrade, awesome bike. Shawn was able to take the time to show me all the features of the bike and really cares about his job and the people he sells to. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks a lot for all your help guys!

Just had a service on my Bike and Peter as always was very friendly and explained all that was done, unfortunately my bike had a glitch acouple days later and Steve got me in very quickly even though they were extremly busy.Can not explain how much I appreciate good service and people proud of their jobs.I didn't get the name of service tech thogh I'm sure Steve told me as you usually don't get to talk to them but he made sure I knew he figured out the problem .Thanks again to the staff of Eldridges you are why I love this dealership.

I would like to thank Eldridge`s for assisting us in shipping a motorcycle to our Son in Winnipeg. I am from Fredericton and tried every motorcycle and ATV dealer in the city and got no where. Most of them pointed as someone else. One place said they could help us but put us on the back burner and said they would call when they had a crate available. On a whim we called Eldridge`s and they made it extremely simple, fast and efficient. The Capital City could learn a thing or two about service, cause I didn`t find any. Thanks again to all the Staff at Eldridge`s for making this simple and painless. My Son is picking his bike as we speak.

I'd like to thank Mike Slauenwhite (Business Manager) along with all the staff at Eldridge's for amazing service. I recently rented a Harley-Davidson Electra Glide from this dealership; I made a reservation over the phone from Moncton and was very pleased with the friendly and professional service along with the motorcycle itself. I then rented another Electra Glide a few weeks later without reservation as this was a last minute decision and again Mike and all the staff at Eldridge's went out of their way to assist me. My "dream bike" is a Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic and having the opportunity to rent and ride these motorcycles is a privilege. I will definitely rent from Eldridge's again and hopefully someday soon buy my first Harley from this dealership

While on a ride out east in 2011 I needed a rear tire. This dealership was fantastic to deal with from the very first phone call to them until I made it back on the road with some much needed new rubber. They were all very friendly, accommodating and professional. This is a dealership that really and truly respects the rider. I'll stop in again next time I'm out there. Thanks for the hospitality. In 2009 a group from Alberta was planning a ride to the east coast, they had a month off and I only had two weeks. Tim Hovey made it happen by crating and shipping my bike back for me. I would realy like to express my thanks to the service department girl ( wish I could remember her name) who got me booked in to get service work done on a moments notice. I would also like to thank Mike Maccambridge who did a great job fixing me up. Now that's the kind of service that gets passed around from biker to biker. started visiting dealership in 1999,when i puchased a 1987 sportster. staff.service techs always very helpful an friendly. in 2005 i puchased a roadking classic, the only way it would be better is if there they had a dealership in fredericton. ps sharon-ann has a great team , keep up the good work hedley

Kathy was by far the nicest sales person I have come into contact with in quite a long time. It is apparent that customer service is her specialty. I phoned in my order which was quite small and she was so helpful and even set it aside for me as there was only one of the item available in the size I needed. 1400 mile trip through beautiful Canada. 900 miles in the pouring rain. Showed up at the dealership at 5:30 and was closed. Someone came to the door and opened up to get two poker chips. We then were greeted by two employees that stood in the rain for 20 mins. Just to ask us how our trip was going. I don't think I have ever been so impressed the way we were treated. Thank you Eldridge's. Two thumbs up.

Eldridge's honestly care about each individual who come through the doors. When I needed old Honda parts they had them. When I bought my Wide Glide they threw in some expensive extras at no cost. Parts are delivered quickly when ordered. They know their stuff. The service department, as busy as they are, work incredibly hard to keep up with the high demand. Thank you to all the staff who make me feel like part of the family.

Best experience by far!!! Came in and bout 2013 rincon yesterday and I was so impressed by knowledge of staff. Sales gentlemen was amazing and Sharon Ann was great when it came to financing and paper work.. Made me feel welcome and like I was making decision to buy unlike another store I had gone to and were trying to bribe me to buy from them rather than you guys! I know I made right decision buying from you guys!! Every single person was soo helpfuL

Mike, Scott, Tom, Keith, Austin and everyone were very helpful when it came to helping me purchase my first Harley-Davidson. I am now the proud owner of a used 2010 Dyna Super Glide and couldn't be happier. They hire the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I had a small issue when they were installing a backrest on my bike. The technician pointed it out to me right away that he had tripped and put a chip in the paint on my fender. He offered me a couple of options to rectify the problem, one was to replace the fender. I didn't think that a small chip in the paint warranted a new fender. I've been back multiple times for different things and every time I've been in, they've all been very helpful and friendly. I just like to go back to visit them every now and then.

I had planned to stop in just to top up my oil but realised one of the bolts on my quick release tour pack had broken off. It was with great relief that your service department said that they could fit me in as soon as possible. What could have meant an extra day on the road which except for my schedule would not have been a bad thing , it was only a couple hours delay. We had shipped our bikes to PEI HD with plans to ride them back to Alberta thru the USA. We made as far as your dealership when the wife starting having problems with her bars not staying tight. We came to your dealership & it was determined that the bars were the improper fit for that bike. You guys found another set of bars & had us on our way the next afternoon. We put on a total of 6660 kms without anymore issues. Thanks to all the staff for being so accomadating & helpfull. By the way I approached our local dealership in Red Deer, Gasoline Alley HD about the issues with the bars that they has initially installed & it was a waste of my time. It bascially came down to dealership bashing which wasn't very professional at all. I have had many issues with Gasoline Alley over the last 2 years & no longer deal with them. They said they would have tried a few things before changing bars, like shave down the clamp or a piece of tin can to make the bars work. I don't think that is a safe way to approach repairs with the safety of the rider being the main objective here. Thanks again for helping out & making our hoilday a safe & enjoyable one
