2024 POLARIS SNOW- RIDE INTO WINTER ON US SWEEPSTAKES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES: The “2024 Polaris Snow- Ride Into Winter on Us” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on December 1, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period.) 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to: i) legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, or ii) a legal resident of Canada and at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (the “entrant”). Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who, since December 1, 2024 were or are employees, officers, directors or agents of Polaris Industries, Inc. (the “”Sponsor”) or National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”); their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or dealers; or the service agencies of any of the above organizations; (b) individuals engaged in the development of, the production or distribution of materials for, or the implementation of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”); or (c) employees of, persons in the immediate family of, or persons living in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren. Void in Florida and outside the fifty (50) United States, Canada and where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, subject to state or federal law. 3. HOW TO ENTER. There are two (2) ways to enter: A. VIA A PURCHASE: Visit a Polaris dealership and make a qualifying purchase of any new 2022- 2025 Polaris sled or 2025 SnowCheck pick-up to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrant will need to provide all of the required information as requested in order to submit and complete a purchase. Upon completion of the purchase, Entrant will automatically receive the entry. Entrant may receive one (1) entry for each qualifying purchase during the Sweepstakes Period. B. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”): To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, Entrant must enter as follows: on a plain 4” x 6” postcard, legibly handprint in black ink your first name, last name, email address, and telephone number and send in a #10 envelope to: “2024 Polaris Snow- Ride Into Winter on Us” PO Box 428, Newark, NY 14513. Entries must be postmarked December 31, 2024 and received by January 9, 2025. Each postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage due or damaged mailed entries. There is a limit of five (5) entries per entrant for the Sweepstakes. Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes under one name and one email address only. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name and mailing address were submitted via the entry form (the “Authorized Account Holder”). A potential prize winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. If the Sponsor cannot determine the identity of the person based upon the information submitted via the entry form, the respective entrant will be disqualified. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Neither Sponsor nor Independent Administrator is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. 4. DRAWING/ODDS: On or about January 13, 2025, five (5) prize winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of being selected as a prize winner are based upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing and determination of the prize winners will be conducted by the Independent Administrator whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. 5. PRIZE: Each prize winner will receive a payoff of their statement balance up to $24,099USD/$29,539CAD for the prize winner’s purchased 2022 to 2025 Polaris sled or 2025 SnowCheck pick-up during the Sweepstakes Period. The statement balance excludes any PG&A added. No more than the statement balance will be paid on behalf of the prize winner up to a maximum amount of $17,346USD/$19,952CAD. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $24,099USD/$29,539CAD. If the prize winner does not have a statement balance and entered via the write-in entry method, the prize of $17,000USD/$20,000CAD cash will be awarded to the prize winner in the form of a check. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $120,495USD/$147,695CAD. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per entrant/household. Sponsor will determine all details of a prize in their sole discretion. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor; provided no such substitute prize shall be from Sponsor without its prior written consent. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. 6. PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Prize winner will be notified by the Independent Administrator via email following the random drawing (the “Notification”). Prize winner must respond to the Notification within the date and time specified in order to claim the prize by completing an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release Form and an IRS Form (the “Required Documents”). If the prize winner is a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise,
